What a day, some epic running with our runners hitting 2400ft and 5900feet. Along with 26k and 54k.
Really proud of everyone and Wales gave us some great weather, one of the toughest challenges yet.

Great running tonight, mixed it up a touch and it seemed to work.

Next stop Barmouth for the Sea to Sky and some UTMB index points.

We have 12 runners heading to Snowdonia on Friday, to race in the Sea to Sky.
This will be our first UTMB index race.
