Men over 40 need a smarter plan.

Here’s what actually works:

1/ Strength work that protects your joints and keeps you powerful.

2/ Food that boosts testosterone and drops fat without starving yourself.

3/ Simple recovery habits so you wake up ready to go, not broken.

I'm Sam. I help men over 40 get lean, strong, and confident again without training like a teenager.

Comment "40" and I’ll send you a free plan built for your age, your body, and your life.

In the late hours of last night, I became a dad at 40 years old to a beautiful little girl. ❤️

We’ve named her Ava.

Our firstborn.

I’m sure the rest of the dads out there will understand the feelings that overcome you in that moment. It’s impossible to put into words.

Futurefit I am so proud of you baby.💚

45 hours of labour, and now she finally gets to rest while I get the privilege of taking care of Ava.

I’m feeling absolutely blessed and grateful for the people, love and support that surround us.

The midwife team at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire were incredible.

So attentive, so caring, and always happy to help.

To the point where they even found me a spare bed because I was feeling tired and exhausted. 🛌😂

Now it’s time to sit in our little bubble for the next couple of days and enjoy this new family unit.

Welcome to the world, Ava. ❤️

On the Red On Backyard Ultra, I achieved 20 hours — 86 miles / 164km.

I'd never achieved anything like that before.

And honestly, it's probably the one single event that I purposely trained for.

I set 12 weeks aside.

I didn't give a f**k about the way I looked.

I didn't give a f**k about how much I weighed.

I focused on performance and made m6 programme.

Can I run longer under fatigue?

I ate. I slept. I did everything by the book that I know how to do for my body to get this result.

And it worked.

I'm not naturally built as a runner.

I'm short. I'm stocky. And as a weightlifter taking on something like this, it was daunting.

I'm not entirely sure what I need to achieve next.
My daughter's due any day now.

But this is something that I put my heart and soul into training for, and f**k knows what's going to be next.

At the moment, we're training for size. I'm enjoying lifting heavy.

Bit by bit, we'll bring the running back in.

Ultimately, this is me saying: you don't always need to have a clear plan as to what is next.

In fact, let's do the opposite.

You don't need to know exactly where you're going.

Training for something keeps you moving.

I've already got my eyes set on a Hyrox.

I've already got my eyes set on a trail marathon later in the year.

And having those things gives me a focus.

Even with a brand new baby on the way, it gives me something to work towards.

Something that allows me to turn up and be better.

Because the example that I'm laying is one that I want.

I don't know exactly what's next.

And for once, I'm completely fine with that.
