The pain and suffering are what make these races so special - and so memorable. šŸ”ļø

It’s not just about race day. It’s about everything that comes before it. Months, sometimes years, of training, preparation and getting yourself ready for what lies ahead.

And when you take on an ultra like Dragon’s Back Race, you know the pain is coming. Not once, but again and again.

When you’re deep into the mountains, there’s nowhere to hide.

Sometimes, all it takes is a short break. A supporter by the trail. A few words written down. But above all, it takes a strong mind to keep moving when everything tells you to stop.

Because when you finally cross that finish line, you know exactly what it took to get there.

What keeps you going when the trails start to talk back at you? šŸ‰šŸ”ļø

Ultra X Secures the Future of Dragon’s Back Race and Northern Traverse.

Ultra X is proud to announce the acquisition of Dragon’s Back Race and Northern Traverse out of administration, securing the future of two of the UK’s most respected and demanding endurance events.
