We had a fantastic day at Holland's Park last weekend when our Under 9's hosted a friendly little round robin with Braunton FC Fremington Youth FC and South Molton Football Club - Juniors

Training at Holland's Park for our new under 7's team from 9.30-10.30am, feel free to come and join in with our newest age group. Also training will be the U9's and U11's.

Our U9's started the season off with a bang yesterday as we welcomed Braunton FC, Fremington Youth FC and South Molton Football Club - Juniors to Holland's Park for a little friendly round robin.

The car park pushed to its limits, the warm kitchen scents filling the air, the clamber for prime camping chair placement, all followed by the "clip-clopping" of cleats turning to cheers and celebrations as the morning filled with the anticipation of the season to come.

The atmosphere built as each game took place and the kids all put on a great show. The players played full of heart, togetherness and effort and there were some moments of pure football cinema too.

Thanks to all the visiting coaches, players and support for making the day so memorable. Thanks also to our referee's and all the kitchen staff volunteering their time and everyone that helped set up and clear for the day. Big team efforts were rewarded with such a quality day. We look forward to more of the same energy throughout the season for our U9's!

Our U11's hosted South Molton Football Club - Juniors in the first game of the season yesterday at Holland's Park. Excellent goals were on display with some fine saves at either end in a hugely competitive match.

Thanks to South Molton Football Club - Juniors for a great first fixture to the season and a message from our U11's coach, Andy: "A special thank you for surprising me with a birthday cake at the end for all our players. It's teams like this that make it a joy to coach and play against 👏".

The new season is upon us!

Tomorrow sees the start of a busy weekend for CMYFC with all teams in action on the first weekend of the season.
