For too long, the spirit of Rugby League in North Wales has been tied to entities that no longer serve the interests of the fans or the sport.

We are drawing a line in the sand. This company and this page are finished.

But our fight for Rugby League in North Wales is just beginning.

We are moving forward under a new banner, built by the community, for the community.

We are taking the heart of the game back where it belongs.

Due to the current circumstances at North Wales Crusaders, and our readiness to play this weekend, Friday's match against Doncaster has to be postponed. We apologise to all concerned, especially the supporters of both clubs.

After consulting with Midlands Hurricanes, and considering our focus on stabalising things for the playing group and management team, we have agreed not to play the 1895 cup fixture this weekend. This we believe will provide sufficient breathing space for the Crusaders ready for the next league fixture.

It wasn't the result we wanted yesterday, but despite all the noise the lads who went out there and did a tremendous job.

This weekend is a massive opportunity for supporters across the game to help us preserve professional rugby league in Wales.

We would love to see as many as possible down at our next two home matches.

This Saturday we welcome Midlands Hurricanes in the 1895 cup.

We then go over 5 weeks without a home league match until we welcome Salford to Colwyn Bay.

There is an optional chance to donate to the club, in this interim period with 100% of proceeds going towards player costs. Any donations over £20, will receive a FREE Challenge Cup final ticket (we have a limited quantity).
