Rachel is fully pre & postnatal trained and we keep this class really small, so every mum gets individual, almost 1:1 attention.
We have 4 spaces tomorrow morning.
All MOUV packages can be used, or simply PAYG at £20.
Free parking • Lift access • And because it’s the summer holidays, all children are welcome — babies, toddlers and older siblings too 🤍

On 3rd October at The Butchers, we’re bringing the MOUV community together to raise money and awareness for breast cancer charity 🎀
Join us for an evening of community, connection and giving back — with pizza, a welcome drink of your choice and the chance to come together for an incredible cause 🍕🥂
