I bet you’ve told yourself time and time again that you just need to try harder
But that’s probably not the case
You need to stop trying to follow a plan that was never built for you.
If you’ve spent months and years saving workouts from women on Instagram,
copying what they eat,
jumping on the stairmaster after every session,
pulling your hair out trying to get to the gym 5-6 times a week
Then wondering why you can’t seem to stick to it for more than one month
This is for you.
Because yes, changes do need to happen.
If you want a different result, something in your lifestyle has to change.
But that doesn’t mean flipping your entire life upside down overnight.
You don’t need to go from one end of the scale to the other.
Perfect means jack s**t when it’s inconsistent perfection
Why do you think you give up time and time again?
You’re exhausted. Work is stressful. Life gets busy. You miss a workout, your food goes off plan and suddenly you feel like you’ve failed again.
So, you give yourself some time off before you repeat the cycle.
Instead, do what you can do each week. Every damn week.
Even my twin, who I coach, doesn’t follow the same plan as me.
We have similarities, of course.
But we have different routines, different stressors, different needs and different lives.
So why would you expect yourself to copy the routine of a 24-year-old influencer online and somehow make it work for your life?
You don’t need their plan
You need yours
If you want help building that specifically
Just drop me a message 🤩

Swipe.
Swipe.
Swipe again.
Or keep making fat loss harder than it needs to be.
You’ve got to pick your battles with this one.
From my own experience, and coaching hundreds of women...
Winging your food never ends well.
Not only does it make it harder to hit your targets...
It usually takes twice as long to get there.
It makes sticking to your plan so much harder.
Every meal becomes another decision.
“What do I fancy?”
“Can I fit this in?”
“Should I have that instead?”
It doesn’t sound like much.
But making decision after decision, every single day, is mentally draining.
Now think about how many times your mood changes in a week.
Some days you feel motivated.
Some days you’re stressed.
Some days you’re tired.
Some days you just can’t be arsed.
Can you honestly trust yourself to make the best decision for your goals at every single meal, regardless of how you’re feeling?
Most people can’t.
I’d guess you’re probably one of them too.
So stop relying on willpower.
If planning tomorrow’s meals every evening feels like too much...
Then don’t.
Make life easier again by repeat your meals.
And before you say, “But I’ll get bored.”
Ask yourself what’s more important.
A bit more variety or finally getting the results you’ve been chasing?
Because every solution has a trade-off.
You can’t expect convenience, endless variety, zero planning and amazing consistency all at the same time.
At some point, something has to give.
The people who get the best results aren’t always the most disciplined.
They’re the ones who remove as many decisions as possible.
Make things easy.
Stick with it.
And let time do the rest.
It’s something so simple but missed by far too many.

Santorini Part 1
I think there might be about 4 parts but I have to dump them somewhere
Storage on an online coaches phone is precious!
Please tell me slide 16 cracks other people up because it makes me howl everytime I watch it! Cutie 🥰
Just lots of riding around the island, walks, sunsets, training sessions, ice cream and feta pies!
I will be back to Greece soon 💙🤍
