K-1 HKB

So Thursday night was our last night and what a night it was. I want to thank everyone that came up them stairs to train with us not just on our last night but every session. It was an absolute honour and pleasure.

Reading some of the posts over the last few days and messages has been great. The Wee Club done so much for us all and again thank-you.

I'm taking a wee week to myself but I've been busy rejigging the Fitness Cabin and hope to offer 1on1 sessions soon.

I've also been receiving a few Coaching offers that I'm seriously considering and a few new ideas for the new year.

6 week blocks is one that has been suggested and a few other clubs have reached out aswell.

In the meantime "The Pad Man" will kick in where I'll be able to focus on one person and their training needs for 60 full mins.

Well folk's the big secret is out. Thursday 30/10/25 will be our last session at the club and we would like to invite any past member's to pop along to the last few sessions for a last blast on the pads and a bit of craic 🔥🥊🔥

With my new career starting early 2026 I thought it best to call it now.

I want to thank everyone that has stepped foot on our mats, our sponsors and the great Coaches that have helped me over the years.

I'm not hanging my Pads up for good just yet (a couple of decades left in me yet) and new slots will become available shortly in the Fitness Cabin.

We had great success inside and outside the ring. We fought the length and breadth of our island, across the water and as far afield as Canada in the World Championships.

Not all achievements are measured by trophies. Our Kicking Habits Courses were highly rewarding and successful but also the lives that were changed on our mats instilling confidence and new desire for self betterment in all aspects of life is something I am immensely proud of.

Thanks again to everyone and hopefully a good few old heads will get along before the 30th.
