Our Masters have been busy throughout the summer, which has allowed new members to gain some valuable experience over the past few weeks. They're already looking forward to the start of Head season.

Our second summer Learn to Row programme had some decidedly autumnal weather this week but luckily the river allowed us to get some new faces out on the water. The kids were put through practice sessions on the ergs, dry land and finally out in boats with some of our current athletes helping. The week was enjoyed by all and we hope to see everyone back at Bann for the new season arriving soon. A massive shout out to all the coaches and current members who helped to make both weeks such a success.

Bann had their first Learn to Row summer session this week. It was great to introduce the sport of rowing to a new cohort of athletes and it was fantastic to watch the progress made over the past 4 days. We will hopefully see them all when the new season starts in September. Thanks to all the coaches and current athletes who came down to make the week such a success.

Bann R.C. held our Adult Learn to Row taster session today, where aspiring learners were put through their paces in various boat classes.
