Our Zanshin Shotokan Karate Club classes are reopening across the Causeway Coast and Glens and Mid Ulster areas, and we can’t wait to see our existing members back, and welcome lots of new faces too! 🥋❤️

Our schedule Northern Ireland's largest Shotokan Karate Club, home to local, national and international champions. Led by Chief Instructor Sensei Yasmin Geddis, 5th Dan KUGB. Affiliated to the Karate Union of Great Britain.

After a hard week of training we were delighted to see so many smiley faces, just showing that hard work pays off 😃

Loyal Member Award 🥋

On Saturday, 25th July 2026 - Zanshin NI was proud to present Ryan Higgins with his Loyal Member Award for 10 years.

Ryan started training with Zanshin at aged 9 and we value his support to the club and his training.

Congratulations to Zanshins newest Shodan - Cara Calvert.

Cara (9) has trained with us for over 4 years and obtained her 1st Dan today under the watchful eyes of Sensei Frank Brennan 8th Dan KUGB after a long week of training!

ZANSHIN NI SUMMER COURSE 🥋

Day 4 is now complete with everyone putting in 100% as usual!
Sensei Brennan arrives tomorrow and we will be presenting everyone who attended the whole course with trophies 🏆
Make sure you arrive shortly before 6pm ahead of the pre grading class.
