🏏 IPSCOL 3RD XI | MAIDEN SEASON 🏏

Congratulations & well done 💪 to everyone involved with the IPSCOL 3rd XI in their maiden season! 🙌🏻

This team was born with a clear purpose — to give our juniors more opportunities to play competitive cricket, gain valuable match experience and accelerate their development, after recognising that the number of U14 fixtures available simply wasn’t enough.

What has been achieved in our very first season has been incredibly encouraging. 💜💛

A special mention to the 3 dads who turned up week after week, not just to play, but to support, encourage and help our young players develop. Your commitment to the next generation of IPSCOL is hugely appreciated. 👏🏻

🌟 8 U14 players and 2 girls represented the 3rd XI throughout the season, gaining invaluable experience playing alongside and against senior players.

Even more excitingly, 3 of our U14s have already broken into the club’s Top 10 performance charts across batting, bowling and fielding. That is a fantastic indicator of the talent coming through and gives us tremendous confidence about the future of the club. 🚀

This team was never just about results.

It was about development, opportunity, confidence and creating a pathway for our young players to grow into the future senior teams of IPSCOL.

And seeing our juniors step up, compete and make their mark in their very first season has been hugely rewarding. 💪🏏

A true testimony to the core principles of IPSCOL — commitment, focus, teamwork and staying true to our development goals and objectives.

The 3rd XI may be a new team, but the future looks very bright. 🌟
