🔥 Killin 10k

Well done to Richard for taking part in this event and smashing out a PB in the process

🏃The last Dual trail race

Well done to Jean-Yves for taking on this challenging 5.7miles trail event. Sounds a tough gig but you ran a great race!

💪post- injury comeback

A massive well done to Lauren for reaching 6 miles in her training plan post- injury. Great progress Lauren 👏

🎯had to add a little personal milestone of my own off the track, of finally being able to do a pull up. I’ve been practising for five months and even more so recently as I patiently await being allowed to run again so…every cloud ☁️

And it’s not just the races…we’ve had members out enjoying long runs, short runs and park runs, keeping the miles ticking over and supporting each others progress along the way.

Well done everyone - whatever your distance, pace or goal, keep moving, keep supporting each other and keep enjoying the running!

From those chasing a PB to those simply enjoying the run, the atmosphere was fantastic and the club spirit was on full display.

Thank You to Mears & All Volunteers

Huge thanks to John Kennedy and everyone at Mears for helping us get the two containers that we’re now using as changing rooms. Their support has made a massive difference for the club.
A big thank you as well to everyone who helped with the painting. Claire and Mark Greenaway, Davie Greenaway, John Zokas, John Murray, Del, Steven, Brian and Martin.
We also had great help from John and Mark from Mears, who rolled their sleeves up and got stuck in with the rest of the volunteers.
A brilliant team effort and a great example of the community pulling together for the club.
