It’s true what they say. You wait over 20 years for a bike with an inexplicable Pl***oy bunny pannier rack welded to it from point of manufacture for some reason, and two show up at once! One of the more random things I’ve seen on any given bike. Definitely not a post sale addition. Colour matched and proper frame welded. ***oy

France’s made a freewheel called the - here’s a look at one off the wheel with all the rings off the body too. Not sure if freewheels have significantly evolved, I’d say no given that this is running still and I’ve just binned a 6 months old one! Worked on many of these over the years?

Nice 27.5 hardtail in for a few jobs. New Vittoria 2.8 Martello & 2.5-3 tube, grips, hanger alignment, dropper post work, brake pads, a good clean & some minor suspension work. Turned out nicely, really like that Martello!

A recent job with a few things to take care of. Incorrect hub size had this rider rocking a 148mm hub on a high modulus carbon rear spaced for 142mm with the wheel engaged by only a couple of threads in the dropouts. An inspection of the freehub showed some deep chomps from the cassette lugs, so it was done for anyway. Ordered and built 350 142mm hub onto the no tubes Valour carbon rim, reset of tubeless gear and we’re sweet! Techy stuff :)

Oh does he not just look marvellous? New SLX rotors and cooling fin metal pads - not a brake squeal to be heard! Ready to rock down on Saturday for opening day of the race season. Good luck Oliver!

First bike I’ve had in. This one had a burst hydraulic line after getting a bit too close the spinning tyre. A puncture on the rear was the cherry on top. We’re good to go now though!

Some awesome parts out to a customer who’s got a race coming up and wanted more gears in time for it. It was all a last minute dash- but we’re there! Hopefully it’s a win for the new parts. Good luck Francis!
