They think it's all over .... it is now ! The final curtain came down on what has been an incredible ClitheroeCobras Clitheroe Cricket Club Girls season at The Rishton U11 Festival.
Very comfortable victories against Rishton and East Lancs were followed by a 1 run defeat to Lowerhouse.
A truly remarkable season with so many good things to take forward into the winter 🏏🏏🏏❤️❤️👍👍

Through the wind and the rain ... the ClitheroeCobras Clitheroe Cricket Club Girls triumphed once more . The girls left Farington Cricket Ground - the second home of Lancashire Cricket with a 100% record. Victories against Tarleton, Edgworth, Maghull and Norden meant an undefeated morning's work as they headed back to the sun swept Ribble Valley . Their smiles said it all .🏏👏Top work from the Cobras girls .

Huge shout out for ClitheroeCobras Clitheroe Cricket Club U9s and Girls team members Khadija and Georgina . Drafted in at the last minute .... they ended up as U12 National Champions in Nottingham.

What a tremendous performance from the ClitheroeCobras Ladies in the Derby match v Ribblesdale Wanderers . Cobras Ladies emerged victorious by 18 runs due to some very disciplined bowling and excellent fielding ( 4 catches) ... including an amazing one handed catch by Chloe .
We even had 12 year old Evie making her debut for the Cobras Ladies and she acquitted herself brilliantly.
Keep up the great work everyone 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Another game ... another half century for Clitheroe Cricket Club's U10 batter Yahya Patel.
Playing for the club's U11 team away at Longridge ... the Cobras batter smashed 57 off 20 balls faced ... 9x fours and 3x sixes ... plus 3x singles . At a strike rate of 285!!!!!!
What a performance Yahya. Well done 👍
