Mission statement
The Aerial Lounge is dedicated in providing quality instruction and performances. We emphasize the development of strength, flexibility, coordination and focusing on body awareness and self-confidence. We seek to inspire our students and audience through performing to showcase their amazing work. We believe that dance and movement can provide a means to overcome many obstacles in our physical, and mental lives and The Aerial Lounge strives to help people discover how capable and strong they truly are. We encourage our students and audience members to rise above what they thought was impossible and grow. The Aerial Lounge offers classes to all ages. Reservations are required for children classes, and adults must book online. Our training consists of Aerial Silks, Hoop, Trapeze, Aerial yoga, Pole Fitness, Pole Fabric, Street Dance, Flexibility, Strength and Core conditioning. Our facility has crash mats and each instructor is trained and certified to given discipline, CPR/First aid, and DBS Check. We are consistent with industry standards for aerial instruction, safety, rigging and spotting techniques. We are proud to be insured for pole fitness and aerial arts.

They’ll be able to repair fabric items, including dolls, teddies, clothes and knitted items 🧸🧶🧵

Their electrical engineers can also take a look at anything that plugs in — laptops, kettles and other electrical items 🔌💻☕️

✨ MEET ANA ✨

I’ve always loved the feeling of being up in the air and the challenge of learning something new. For me, aerial isn’t just about the tricks — it’s about building strength, confidence and seeing what you’re capable of.

I love helping students progress, whether that’s finally getting a move they’ve been working towards, learning a new trick or simply becoming more confident in the air. There’s nothing better than seeing that moment when something clicks!

I’m lucky enough to teach both our younger and adult students at The Aerial Lounge, and I love watching everyone develop their own style and confidence.

You can find me every Monday:

🎪 Children’s Level 2–3 Aerial Silks
🕕 6:00pm – 7:00pm

⭕ Adult Level 2 Aerial Hoop
🕖 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Both classes are 60 minutes.

Kate has been teaching since 2021 and has a wealth of knowledge in stretch and flexibility, with an adaptable approach to help each student work towards their own individual goals.

BRAND-NEW BEGINNER CHILDREN’S CLASSES STARTING NEXT WEEK AT THE AERIAL LOUNGE!

Our Autumn Term is here, and we have brand-new beginner classes available for children who would like to start their aerial journey.

Classes available:

• Aerial Hoop
• Aerial Silks
• Aerial Hoop & Silks Combined Class

Perfect for complete beginners! No previous experience is needed.

During our classes, children will learn exciting aerial skills, including climbs, poses, spins, tricks and routines, all at a pace suitable for their ability.

Aerial training can help children to:

• Build strength and flexibility
• Improve confidence and self-esteem
• Develop coordination and balance
• Encourage creativity and self-expression
• Learn perseverance and resilience
• Make new friends and be part of a supportive community
• Have fun while keeping active!

Aerial arts are a fantastic way for children to challenge themselves, learn new skills and discover what their bodies are capable of.

Have you been thinking about trying pole or aerial silks but keep talking yourself out of it? Now’s the perfect time to start!

This beginner-friendly course is open to ladies of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Absolutely no experience is needed—we’ll teach you everything from the very beginning in a fun, friendly, and supportive environment.

Pole Fitness is one of the best full-body workouts you’ll ever do! Your core (stomach muscles) will definitely wake up first, and before you know it, those bingo wings will be working harder than ever too! 💪😂 You’ll build strength, confidence, and flexibility without it feeling like a workout… until the next day when your muscles remind you just how much fun you had!
