Another busy week at the club with rugby, a big game on the screen and our Country & Western Night getting closer!

Our senior, women’s and junior sections are all keeping busy throughout the week. For the latest junior training information, please check with your coach.

🏃 SATURDAY – CLITHEROE CASTLE PARKRUN
Senior men, get your Saturday started with the Clitheroe Castle parkrun! Come along, get involved and represent the club.

📺 RED ROSES ON THE BIG SCREEN
The Red Roses are back in action as England take on Canada, and we’ll be showing the game live on the big screen at the clubhouse.

🕒 Kick-off: 3pm
Come down, grab a drink and enjoy the game with us!

🤠 COUNTRY & WESTERN NIGHT – SATURDAY 26TH SEPTEMBER
Don’t forget, our Country & Western Night is coming up at the end of the month.

🏉 VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT: MEET JESS 👋

Jess joined Clitheroe Rugby Club three years ago when the Valley Vixens were formed and has been part of the journey ever since.

From Women’s Captain to now coaching our girls’ team, Jess continues to give her time to help grow women’s and girls’ rugby at CRUFC. 💙

For Jess, volunteering is about giving back, developing new skills, building confidence and gaining experience, all while helping create opportunities for the next generation.

There are so many ways to get involved at CRUFC, and you don’t have to be a player or coach to make a difference.

🏉 WHAT A SUNDAY FOR JUNIOR RUGBY! 💙

Our Junior Sign Up Sunday was a brilliant success, with around 60 children down at Clitheroe Rugby Club enjoying rugby and training with their teams. 👏

It was fantastic to see the pitches full of young players running around, learning new skills, making friends and, most importantly, having fun!

From the youngest players picking up a rugby ball for the first time to those continuing their rugby journey, there was plenty of energy, smiles and enthusiasm across the club. 🏉

This is what junior rugby is all about, giving children the opportunity to be active, build confidence, make friendships and be part of something.

And if your child wasn't there on Sunday but would like to give rugby a go, you're always welcome at Clitheroe Rugby Club. Come down, get involved and see what it's all about!

We’re showing all three Red Roses fixtures from the WXV Global Series LIVE on the big screen at Clitheroe Rugby Club.

The Red Roses are the number 1 women’s rugby team in the world, but they’ve got three seriously tough fixtures ahead.
