Carol Rees is our first team member to swim. Go Carol swim 1 of 24, each hour we switch swimmers with each of us swimming 4 hours over the 24 hour period. All money raised goes to Level Water who provide swimming lessons for children with disabilities.

Appreciation post🙌

With all the longer distance swims I have been doing lately and the longer periods spent in the water I started getting cramp after 2 miles. Bluetit 6 Channel Swim Relay Team 2027 were gifted this from KH Holistics, its a magnesium spray. I have been using it on my feet, calfs and shoulders and on my 7mile swim yesterday there was no cramp and I find my muscles are recovering better the next day from heavier sessions. Thank you KH Holistics
