Meet Yang to Yin.

Starting October 7th, this class brings together two very different sides of your practice.
The Yang side gets you moving. Expect energy, strength and flowing movement.
Then we shift into Yin. Things slow down with longer, more mindful holds designed to give you time to breathe, release and switch off.

It’s the best of both worlds.

Starting Thursday 17th September, this dynamic Vinyasa-based class brings together strength, balance, flexibility and mindful movement.

Expect flowing sequences that build heat and improve stamina, with options to move at your own pace.

You can challenge yourself when you feel like pushing a little harder or take things at your own pace. The focus is on finding your own flow through breath, movement and connection.

Think Pilates. Then turn up the intensity.

Pilates SCULPT is a welcoming, strength-focused mat Pilates class designed to help you build strength and stability while improving balance, mobility and confidence.

Expect mindful movement, flowing sequences, longer holds and higher repetitions with small equipment including weights, resistance bands and Pilates balls.

You’ll work your core, glutes and whole body while moving at a pace that challenges you without losing the mindful side of Pilates.
