Yesterday a team from the club took part in a seminar with Grand Master Sken followed by a demonstration at the South West martial arts show.
Thank you to all the team members and their families for the support in putting the performance together and on the day.
Many of you were in your first demonstration and despite the nerves, all gave a great performance.
Thanks to Em Wilkinson for the great photos and videos, capturing the day for us🙏
Great to catch up with Kru Neil 'Engine' Heard, your demonstration was awesome🙏🙏
Thanks to GM Sken for a great seminar and for allowing us to represent MSA, its a great honour.

Thanks and well done to Claire King and Ollie for putting on a great event once again and allowing us to be part of it.
Its a special day bringing together martial artists from all styles to collaborate, learn and grow with no ego, no politics, just friendship.
We must support and get behind this show next year👊
