Monday Motivation is back!!! A full body 25minute workout🔥🔥🔥
Make sure you warm up then set your timer for 25minutes.....work down the list THEN if you still have time.....work back up!!!🤛
For my pregnant Mumma’s.....do half-jacks instead of full jumping jacks, hands up on a bench/wall for mountain climbers, rise onto toes in squat jumps, walk the burpees in and out, replace squat thrusts with wide sumo squats and replace back extensions with shoulder bridge/glute bridges👍👍Any qu’s message me😘 let’s get the week started with those exercise endorphins flowing! 😘

A hip-replacement is a big enough challenge but add to the mix the ever-changing, never consistent or predictable world of Type 1 Diabetes.....then you have yourself a MASSIVE challenge!
The last 2 weeks have made me use absolutely everything I’ve learnt about Type 1 and my body. Ive had to use every bit of knowledge in order to attempt to control my blood sugars and I have to say that although 6.4 is not brilliant- considering ALL the factors I have had to battle to keep my Sugars down, I’ll take it as a WIN!
ALL of the following effect blood sugars:
Anaesthesia
Pain killers
Lack of sleep
Pain
Constipation
Getting emotional
Heat
Stress
Change of food
Reduction in movement
Sooooooo.......yep.....it has been a challenge! Hopefully now my Sugars are settling down a bit as the Factors are gradually being removed.

This is the compendium of drugs ( minus my Diabetic quota!) that I am supposed to be taking! As someone that has a history of mental health issues taking this amount of drugs and feeling so ‘out of it’ made me uncomfortable. Taking the full prescription of drugs available I didn’t feel myself, I felt over emotional, depressed and exhausted. These feelings, in my opinion, were far worse than feeling a little pain BUT feeling more ME!
I have now dropped all but the absolute necessary drugs ( I’ve double checked with Dr’s!) and I feel sooooooo much better! Yes, I have a bit of pain BUT my head is clearer, I feel positive & I can actually FEEL the improvements! For me less drugs = happier mental health ❤️❤️disclaimer- obviously this is a personal preference only!!!
