Regrettably the weather forecast is not good for our annual display at West beach planned for tomorrow, Saturday 29th August - we are expecting plenty of wind and rain so with the safety of everyone in mind, including the lifeboat crew, volunteers and spectators, the decision has been made to cancel the display.
We are sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause - the Station Visits room will be open 10am to 1pm (Saturday) and 10am to 4pm (Sunday) whilst the Shop will be open 10am to 4pm both days.

Selsey Cricket Club bar will be open this Sunday 30th August from 6pm so drop down and have a drink as the summer draws to a close.
There is a game on Saturday September 5th 12.30pm start at the rec between Pagham and Aldwick and on Sunday 5th September is the Seal Public House internal match from 10am so pop down and enjoy the last bits of cricket for the summer before we hibernate during the winter. Bar will be open.

Rounders Tournament Success
The Rounders Tournament on Sunday 9th was a great success, with strong support from local teams on a scorching summer's day.
The games were played in excellent spirit throughout, creating a fantastic atmosphere for both players and spectators.
A different round-robin format was used this year, with teams split into two groups. This resulted in more games for each team and was made possible thanks to the excellent organisation of Pete Amis.
A huge thank you goes to the volunteers from the cricket club, the umpires, and the bar staff, whose hard work helped make the day such a success.

And that concludes West Wittering Cricket Club 3rd eleven season playing at Selsey CC for their league fixtures. A pleasure to host as always and we wish them success in their final fixture. A good mix of senior players with promising colts👏

This saturday 15th august we host West Wittering Cricket Club versus eastergate in a sussex league match 1pm start. bar will be open from 12.30 pm. so pop down and enjoy local cricket whilst this great weather lasts😎
