I nearly made a decision about the future of Paseda360 based on how difficult it would be to change its past.

I took this photo on holiday last week and found myself thinking about how nothing stays the same. The picture through this window will change every single time somebody looks through it.

And it made me think about Paseda360 and how much is about to change.

When I first had the idea for Paseda360 in September 2022, I knew I wanted to create something that had legacy.

I wanted to take the coaching methodology I’d finetuned with my clients, teach other coaches to use it, build capability through that coach training and, when the time was right, take all of that expertise back into my old stomping ground of leadership and organisations.

We’re now at that point.

We have more than 130 people trained in our methodology and an incredible suite of coach training programmes. But trying to take all of that expertise into organisations through the brand of a coach training academy doesn’t really work.

So Paseda360 needs to evolve.

And I’ve resisted that more than I expected.

There was one branding option that was very close to what we have today and it would have been so easy to choose it. We have thousands of assets across our training materials, a conference in mid-flow with our current branding baked into it, and four years of recognition around a logo and a colour I happen to really love.

Changing it significantly felt huge.

But I realised I was thinking too much about everything we’d already built and not enough about what we’re building next.

Sometimes you have to make decisions that are right for the future of your business, not the past of it.

So, with the help WDC Creative and Mark Palmer, we’re doing it properly.

Paseda360 will remain at the heart of everything we do, our methodology and our intellectual property, but underneath it we’re creating two distinct brands.

➡️PasedaCoach.

➡️PasedaLeader.

And that’s all I’m telling you about those for now.

Over the coming weeks I’ll share much more about the evolution, the new websites, the propositions, what we’re creating for organisations and how they can work with us.

It’s been a little quieter in the Paseda360 world over the past few weeks, with the summer holidays in full swing and lots of our wonderful community taking some well-deserved time out to enjoy the summer.

But behind the scenes, there’s still plenty happening and this week, we have some BIG milestones to celebrate!

Our Master Practitioners in Transformational Coaching are on the final stretch and are busy pulling together their final assessments ready to submit next week. They have worked incredibly hard throughout this programme, balancing their learning, coaching practice and case study clients, and they are now so close to the finish line. We’re incredibly proud of them and everything they have achieved.

And we have some very exciting news for our fabulous Cohort 9 of the Advanced Practitioner in Transformational Coaching programme...

They have ALL passed with flying colours! 🎉🎉🎉

After months of learning, practising, challenging themselves, stepping outside their comfort zones and supporting one another along the way, they will come together for their graduation on 4th September.

A HUGE congratulations to every single one of you. We are so, so proud of you and can't wait to celebrate everything you've achieved! 🥂

Meanwhile, Cohort 3 of our Advanced Practitioner in Positive Psychology course are continuing with their coaching practice period. They're working with their case study clients, putting their learning into action and gaining valuable experience as they develop their skills and confidence as Positive Psychology coaches.

And finally, Angela is taking a very well-deserved week off with her family in beautiful North Wales. She's spending some quality time exploring the countryside, switching off from work and enjoying everything this gorgeous part of the world has to offer.

It might be a quieter time of year in the Paseda360 world, but there is still plenty to celebrate.
