One of the biggest misconceptions when it comes to eating healthier, and eating for gut health, is that your diet has to become bland and uninteresting.
What actually happens is the complete opposite. You begin to eat a wider variety of more interesting foods, rich in natural flavour, and the cravings for highly processed foods start to fade.
The key is to begin with small, manageable changes. There’s no need to overhaul your gut health overnight with dramatic shifts that you can’t sustain.
If you’d like to begin your gut health journey and build the foundations for a lighter, more energised, and more balanced you, tap our 🔗 in bio to explore The @goodwood Gut Health Retreat.
