Bootcamp UK Chichester

Tonight’s Bootcamp UK Chichester session was all about teamwork! 💪

Our “Lifeline” workout challenged teams to complete:

🏋️ 5 exercises
🔥 50 team reps per exercise
🏃 A 250m team run between every set

Everyone worked together, kept moving and made sure no teammate was left behind. Fantastic effort and team spirit from start to finish!

Burpees, Sprints & Fire 🔥

What an absolute lung-buster of an evening with Instructor Marcie!

Check-in burpees, 50 reps, check-out burpees… then a sprint! 🥵 500 reps to complete amongst the madness! Hearts were pumping, lungs were burning but the energy was FIRE!

Massive well done to Team Green - recovery is needed after that one!

The next round of the Blanchard Trophy is the ultimate test of teamwork, strength and determination: the Team Triathlon!

Format has slightly changed due to last minute registrations. Registration is now closed.

🏃 1.5-mile individual run
🏄 2km team SUP
🪢 1.5-mile team rope run
🛞 800m tyre pull—with one teammate along for the ride!

Each Bootcamp location will have there own individual wave start time. Your place off the first run will determine which team you are in. First 9 off the run will be team 1…and so on.

1030 - Bootcamp UK Waterlooville
1100 - Bootcamp UK Gosport
1130 - Bootcamp UK Portsmouth/Bognor
1200 - Bootcamp Fareham
1230 - Bootcamp UK Chichester/Worthing

💚🔥 CHICHESTER ELITE | HEAVY GUN CREWS 🔥💚

This morning the Chichester Elite mustered into two heavy gun crews! And welcomed 2 new Bootcampers, Kingga and Dorethy 💪💚

After a solid warm up and a few rounds of Train Tracks to get the upper body firing, the crews assembled and prepared to move out and fire their weapons.

Each simulated firing mission meant tackling Burpees +1 other exercise before the weapon was disassembled, reloaded and handed over to the waiting gun crew. The fresh crew then moved out to the next firing point and prepared to unleash another barrage!

There were no complaints.
There was no ground given.
The crews gave everything they had and completed the mission!

Sunday complete. Mission accomplished. Stand down, recover and relax troops!

This Sunday we return to Dartmoor to complete the Bootcamp UK 10 Tors of Dartmoor Challenge.

The route is a 25 mile loop, starting and finishing in Okehampton over 10 tors.
