Yoga4Health is a 10 week programme coming soon to Holistic Health Hub Derbyshire. In preparation for this I’m looking for 14 people to share an hour and half of your time on Saturday 1st July at 11am. Ideally a mix of student who could be floor based (starting in the chair and transitioning to the floor) and at least 4 students who would prefer to stay chair based throughout. The intention of this time is to check there is enough chair space and floor space to facilitate 14 students before making the programme live.

Starting Friday 21st July at 7.15pm £32.50 for the 4 weeks at Staveley Chapel, Staveley Cemetery, Inkersal Road, Chesterfield. S43 3JL
Placing the trapeze, at varying heights from low (step onto height) to high, you will build confidence with balance, strength, and techniques in an environment that’s safe. (Please note, this is static trapeze only, not flying). The 4 week course will provide you with an understanding of basic moves required to get you on the bar and in the air.
