Back by popular demand. We will be running 2 sessions on Friday evenings 515 and 615 from the fun4all boxing gym in grassmoor starting from the 20th of January, £5 per session, usual rules apply, bring water, a towel and a sense of humour. Any questions please ask through the Buzzbox Fitness page

Right then, finally some good news despite everything that’s going on. I will hopefully have the Ukrainian family here next weekend that myself and Scott Timbrell have been working on. We have two adult females, a 9 year old boy and a 3 year old girl. Kids clothes and toys if anyone has or knows of any that are surplus to requirements would be most welcome.

I would like to thank all those who have shown continued support and much needed attendance at Buzzbox over the last couple of years, but it is with great regret that I must announce that due to lack of consistent footfall it is no longer financially viable to stay open, we will be closing the doors on the 16/9/22 for the final time. We have always tried to adapt to the need of the customer but this is beyond our control, turns out we didn’t actually know what we were doing 🤷‍♂️😏
