• Single class £6.50
• 4 class bundle £22 (use within 6 wks)

GLOW STICKS:
Clubbercise branded UV re-usable Glow sticks are optional and can be purchased for £6 during class or via my booking system Gymcatch. (no other Glow Sticks are permitted due to safety regulations) Buy here:

BOOKINGS:
Pre-booking classes helps ensure classes go ahead, if numbers are low classes may be cancelled. Walk in's are welcome, however if the class is fully booked, walks in's may be turned away. Please book using my booking system Gymcatch: https://app.gymcatch.com/provider/1277

• You can download the Gymcatch app on your smart phone or book via the website.
• If you cannot make it to class, you can transfer your booking to another date 24hrs or more before the class starts, or lose your credit (sorry no refunds are permitted). HEALTH & SAFETY:
New members must complete the health & safety waiver form, please arrive 10 mins early to complete the hard copy during class. AGE GROUP:
Rewind Dance Fitness Clubbercise classes are suitable for adults. Teenagers aged 13yrs+ can also attend when accompanied by a paying adult. Tupton is adult only. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

• What happens in a Clubbercise class? Clubbercise takes place in a darkened room with UV lights, disco lights and glow sticks. We dance to club classics from the 90′s to current club anthems. The routines are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options.

• What should I wear/bring? No heels! Just trainers and sportswear/fitness clothing, basically something you can dance in/rave in… and please make sure you only bring essential items & some water.

• Do I need to be an experienced dancer? Having rhythm helps but no experience is necessary, it’s all about having fun and enjoying exercise! It’s a class that you can feel confident and comfortable in and dance like no ones watching.

• Do I need to be fit? A reasonable level of fitness would help but we do teach high and low impact options so our classes are fine if you’re just starting out on a fitness regime or if you’re already a fitness freak!
