On 5th September a fabulous NEW HIIT Zone will open @ The Cheshire. Replacing our old Studio 1 this new room will be even better than the older one.

We stock a good selection of low alcohol/alcohol free drinks in The Clubhouse.
Why not pop in and give them a try.
