2018 ➡️ 2021
14st ➡️ 10st | sizes 18 ➡️ 10
3 years in the making and it’s not been the easiest ride.. looking back and seeing where I’m at now is absolutely fu***ng LIBERATING!!
Weight loss is never linear, don’t be fooled that the 2nd photo has been maintained throughout the last 3 years. My weight yo-yo’d all the time.. lockdowns completely fu**ed it for me, after working 7 days a week to nothing made me take full advantage of having the time off.
The last 6 months my weight was picking back up to around 11-11.7 stone and with my 5ft 2 frame it shown.
But here I am feeling myself and on a path for success in my mind and body 💯
My point is, there is never a “before” & “after”.. there are multiple different phases my body went through which look nothing like the 2 photo’s you see here.
Your journey will differ dramatically to everyone else’s. You’ll hit brick walls and you’ll hit phases of drive and get s**t done.
Right now.. I’m driving to get s**t done 💥
