When he’s not keeping the gym running smoothly, you’ll probably find him playing basketball 🏀, rock climbing 🧗‍♂️ or enjoying some good vegan food 🌱.

Need a bit of motivation to stay consistent and NOT give up when it gets tough? Lukas is your man. He’ll give you the push you need… even if it means bringing out the bad cop 😤

But underneath that tough exterior is definitely a good cop who genuinely wants to see you succeed! ❤️
