Fantastic class last night

We drilled a lot of basics

Then we drilled Kata Sanchin

Then we finished off with Grade Kata

Great class last night
Small so very technical

Drilling Gekisai dai ichi from Friday's class

Then we went through Sanchin Dachi

Then worked on Kata Sanchin slowly then discussed the breathing behind it
Soooo much to learn so well done everyone

Fantastic class last night
We decided to go through Kata Gekisai dai ichi
But we broke it all down and really dug deep in to the Kata itself
Lot's of fun for everyone

Great class last night lead by Sabby Stockton aka Sabby Sensei

Lots of stretching lots of partner work.
Everyone smashed it Well done all 🥋

Our dearest friend Chris Sensei has moved over to JKS Wales
Shotokan is more home to him

Incredible turn out last night

We started with some resistance band drill for the adults

Then we went on to pad work drilling strikes leading with left hand then switching and leading with the right so we can work on both sides of the body

Then we'd finished with Grade Kata

Getting the snap in each movement
Worked on some kicks drills too

Fantastic class tonight, We worked on some conditioning, Gohon Kumite and finished with Grade Kata.

Tonight's lesson: we sweated 😅... a lot of stretching, sped through some basics, and then some pushups, sit-ups and burpees to finish.

They were given the option, sweat or basics - they chose sweat 🤷‍♂️😂 well done all for not choosing the easy option 😂🥋🥋
