Back to school can be a reset for you too 💛
After weeks of summer holidays, family plans and routines being all over the place, September can finally bring a bit of structure back.
And while that might not mean suddenly having loads of free time, it can make it easier to start making space for yourself again.
Our new blog is all about rebuilding your routine as the kids head back to school — from fitting movement around the school run and making use of short home workouts, to getting back to a regular Boogie Bounce class.
No pressure to “undo” the summer. No need to jump straight into an extreme routine.
Just a chance to find your rhythm again.
