To be totally honest I signed up to the G Force camp feeling like the absolute weakest link, having not done any ‘proper exercise’ for a VERY long time! I was terrified 😬 but it was an epic adventure I’m so glad I didn’t miss!

The itinerary was perfectly planned by G and activities were tailored to accommodate the whole group… not just the fitties! 🤣

Everything is organised including the food - we were truly spoilt by Dan and his gastronomic delights!

I have so many amazing memories, it’s hard to choose my favourite bit…..the river/gorge walk was a highlight as was the kayaking and Via Ferrata - a scrambling climb of cables, ladders, rope bridges and zip lines. Completing it was a particular personal achievement.

Best time with the best people.

If you’re thinking about it…do it….I guarantee you will love it!

V I A F E R A T T A. Anxiety kicking in pre climb, everyone made it to the top, lots of Elvis legs and shouts of ‘I fu***ng hate you!’ But with controlled emotions and not option of turning back, the beer at the end tasted so much better
