Weekend of football ⚽️😎

Saturday was a cracking game against a team we have played many times over the years since starting out as U7, and what a game it was 👏

Both teams pushed each other and brought the best out of every player, the Blues got the win this time but can we do it again in December when we meet again 😬💪

Sunday was tournament day at Game of Tournaments Autumn series and the boys played in the U10 mid tournament coming away silver cup winners 🏆

Same great games played throughout the day with the lads giving us a nail biter in the semi final by going through via penalties then the final they kicked on one last time and come away 2-0 winners 💪

Unexpected crap weather but still smiles all round.

We now have open trials for some additional outfield players that we are looking to add ready for the U10 26/27 season ⚽️🏆

The team are an upper mid level ability team, so players in and around this level would benefit best in terms of continued development 💪

Shoutout to our No1 Lewis 🧤⚽️💙

to all GOALKEEPERS 🙌

A goalkeeper might just be the most demanding position on the pitch.
Every goal kick has to find a teammate.
Every throw — 5 yards or 50.
No bad touches. No protection. No room for mistakes.
They have to be brave, loud, strong…
and they’re often the first to be blamed when things go wrong.
The pressure is huge.
Yet they turn up every week, give everything, and do it all again.
Take a bow, keepers — every team needs you.
