Yoga and tennis - two things I really enjoy. Yoga is a great complement to tennis (and indeed any sport), helping with flexibility, strength and mental focus. I am a fully qualified teacher of Iyengar yoga (which is very precise) and have been teaching at Chepstow Yoga Space for over 2 years. 6 members of Chepstow Tennis club already attend my classes. For others (18+ yrs old) who might be interested there is an opportunity to start with my new introductory course on Thursday evenings 7:15pm, beginning September 3rd. The group will be small enough for individualised feedback and support. You will be guided through postures with appropriate adjustments for different physiques and for people with specific issues. Just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along to the Family Cup on Sunday. It was a lovely afternoon of tennis and was fab to watch you all. I made the schoolboy error of forgetting to take pictures 😪 however BIG congratulations to Freya and dad, Liam for coming out victorious!! 🏆🏆 It was an epic final against Raf and dad, James. Bring on next year's cup!!!
