OPEN LEAGUE LEG 1 2026, Girona we loved it 🤿☀️🇪🇸

Year 2 with a FULL squad of Barracudas and honestly?? We couldn’t be more proud 🧡

From the very first game to the last, our team grew with every single play, building on everything we’ve worked on, learning together, and showing up as a proper team. The progress from last year speaks for itself and we are HERE for it 💪

Massive shoutout to the Barcelona team for putting on such a brilliantly organised event, it was so lovely to see our international underwater rugby family come together, with 15 teams competing 🤿

And yes - when we weren’t in the pool, we were commentating like pros 🎙️, hitting the beach ☀️, and exploring the absolute gem that is Girona 🧡 Because what’s a tournament without a little adventure?

Can’t wait to get back in the water Wednesday and keep the momentum going 💪 Leg 2 - Paris, we’re coming for you 🇫🇷🤿

We are off to the open league this weekend 🤗🧡🤿

We had the honour of hosting for our first ever training camp. We learned loads — fin swimming, penalties, and a new attacking move (the croissant 🥐) — topped off with a great mix-and-match tournament.

Can’t wait to put it all into practice on Wednesday! 💪🤿 And yes… we also taught them how to party until 4am 🍻😅

We can’t wait to be back in the water in the new year with our NEW training time: 7:15–9pm 🐟🤿 And of course, we’ll be welcoming new players at our first taster session of the year on Wednesday 14th January.

Yesterday we celebrated a brilliant year of underwater rugby with a mega session, followed by an evening of awards, food, drinks, games — and even a visit from Santa 🎅🏻🎁
