Good energy on the pads last night. 🥊
Charley P cracking speed and accuracy.
That's what K1 kickboxing is about, proper combinations, boxing into kicks, kicks into knees, all coached round by round until it clicks.
You can see it in the room too. Everyone pushing each other, calling out the count, no one standing about. Beginners welcome, we build you up combo by combo and the fitness looks after itself.
Great way to get sharp, get fit and let the stress of the day go.
