We run Ladies & Mixed Social Hockey Leagues, (Re)Start Hockey courses, Walking Hockey, Junior Hockey, 1-2-1s, Camps and Festivals.

Hockey Fever runs Ladies and Mixed Social Hockey Leagues in Gloucestershire. It's a fun and friendly organisation aimed at anyone who wants to play hockey, regardless of skill level. Our aim is to build confidence, develop skills, whilst of course having some fun and keeping fit! new to fever this summer - his first camp with us!

alternative sport → baseball, picked up during his childhood in canada

hockey highlight → representing south australia at the state championships on his gap year

meet theo 👋

coaching style in a word → precise

if not hockey → out on the rugby pitch

every kid leaves with → a better, happier mindset

if not coaching → snowboarding, or playing libero in volleyball

first picked up a stick → age 5 (though he mostly hit people, not the ball!)

coaches men’s, women’s and school teams across cheltenham - hockey’s the day job, and days off are spent working in a hockey shop (arguably needs another hobby!)

if not hockey → something wild, like volcano boarding or aerial acrobatics

first picked up a stick → age 7, still perfecting it

favourite memory → a cup final with the uni team

coaching style in a word → unorthodox

every kid leaves able to → tell a cheese joke (they say they don’t find them funny… but he knows they edam well do)

favourite thing about camp → watching even the most stubborn kids crack up at his terrible jokes and have the best week

if not hockey → mountaineering, canoeing or skiing
first picked up a stick → age 2, a hand-me-down from his big sister
