MATANGI MUDRA
(Matangi Mudra basically serves as an effective practice to digestion and nourishes the circulatory and lymphatic system in the lower body.)

Matangi is one of the Mahavidyas, ten Ta***ic goddesses, she is a form of Parvati as all the Mahavidyas are. She is also considered to be the Ta***ic form of Sarasvati, the goddess of music and learning. Like Sarasvati, Matangi governs speech, music, knowledge and the arts. Her worship is prescribed to acquire supernatural powers, especially gaining control over enemies, attracting people to oneself, acquiring mastery over the arts and gaining supreme knowledge.

Matangi Mudra opens and balances Manipura Chakra, this connection with Manipura Chakra at the navel centre encourages the ability to fully digest and assimilate life experience, leaving the path clear for us to move forward with ease and confidence.
