The synergy of these moments is so special to me.

I feel grateful to be following the path of love to connect, learn, teach and live in a way that deeply fulfills my soul.

Returning to Bali to teach with dear my teacher, friend and sister feels like coming full circle on the path I have been walking.

There’s a feeling in the air for me if the start of something new, I don’t fully know what that is yet but I know it involves more creation, collaboration, travel, connection, teaching, sharing and community.

An unexpected gift.

This past month has gifted me so much peace being here in Peru. Like a settling of my spirit after being called back to a home I hadn’t yet visited in this life time. Does anyone else know that feeling when you step foot somewhere and feel wholly and completely home?

I’m beyond grateful for this land, it’s peoples, medicines and culture.

A little reminder to stop and smell the flowers. Enjoy the unexpected moments of still bliss.

Side note that red flower smells exactly like passion fruits !
