Had my 50th this weekend and I'm still buzzing from it. Genuinely feel so blessed to have so many friends and family there to share it with me — means more than I can put into words.
Big thanks to Darren for hosting, and to for being such a great venue for the night.
Have to give a proper shoutout to the DJ, MC and live singer too — they read the room perfectly all night and really made the atmosphere what it was. Will tag them all once I'm sorted.

My good friend Mason “The Wolf” Kinsella just knocked his second pro opponent out in under 30 seconds at Cage Warriors Academy , taking the belt. This lad is a genuine talent grounded, humble, and levels above where a lot of fighters are at this stage. The future is massive for him. Glad to be part of the journey. What a weekend 🙌🔥

Special one from start to finish 🖤.Drove up with Aleesha .hg.c , got VIP right at the front at Milton Keynes Bowl. Giggs was quality, then brought out Kano, that was the highlight for me. Marley boys on, Dave Chappelle hosting, then Wyclef and Lauryn Hill smashed it to close. Then caught up with one of my other girls ASIA SPENCER 🐝🌻 , so good to see her and catch up properly. Dodged the traffic getting Lime bikes back to the hotel, a bit wonky by that point 😆. What an event diasporacalling! , top to bottom. Memories made with the girls, love this ❤️

Two spaces have opened up — Wednesday and Friday, 7am. One person, not two. Serious about committing, not just showing up.

I'll assess what you need and build the structure around it:

Full access — one session a week in person, full app access the other six days.

Both days — in person Wednesday and Friday, partial app access in between.

Same standard either way — physically and psychologically, not just a generic plan.

Most of my current clients are business owners, but commitment matters more than job title. Works just as well if you're living with a health condition that needs proper structure around it.

Patients in for cardiac rehab this morning quieter for the next couple of days though as the red weather warnings are keeping people at home.

Days like this are a reminder of what a great team we have. Our nurses and lead physio managing these situations seamlessly, making sure every patient is supported and safe. Proud to be part of it.

Phones on this afternoon heat like this changes everything for cardiac patients.

Activity levels, hydration, medication response. Knowing when to rest is as much a part of exercise prescription as knowing when to push.

Stay cool. Stay hydrated. And if you're in any doubt rest. The training will still be there when the heat breaks.
