Hello and welcome! If you’re thinking about starting your Pilates journey, I’d like to introduce myself. I’m the face behind go Pilates Essex. My private studio in Essex is built around two reformers & up to 4 mat spaces in total and one simple goal: helping you feel stronger, move easier, and live without stiffness. I work with a wonderful mix of clients. Some come to me to ease tight joints, improve their back pain problems and rebuild core strength. Others come to turn up the resistance, work hard, and really challenge their physical limits. Wherever you are starting from, every single session is tailored entirely to your body.
