A great battle from the first team against a higher opposition in the league cup. Unfortunately a 96’ min goal sees us exit the league cup.

The whole team out an absolute shift in and it was a performance everyone was proud of!

Reserves team:

A tough day at the office in a game where we never seemed to get going. We learn, regroup and go again.

⚽️ Players Player - Char. Excellent in the CDM role today, consistently trying to break up the attacking threats and encouraging her team from the first minute to the last. Sponsor Grassroots Magazine Online

⚽️ Managers Player - Mic. Brought the steal to the team today in a very physical game, a real captains performance.

Development team

Battled hard against a very strong side who gave us constant pressure. Looked to stick to our style but found it difficult with how the opposition played. Lessons to be learned and we move on again next week.

⚽️ Players player is a three way split between Elle Penny, Freya Butcher and Isobel Radford. All of these girls put in a massive shift and looked to keep the standards high.

⚽️ Managers Player was Kyra Fretton, absolutely ran her socks off today, gave 100% effort and battled hard for 90 minutes.
