This September, we're celebrating Active for Every Mind and the power of inclusive opportunities to help everyone enjoy the benefits of movement. Together with Mind in Essex we're here to support you: www.activeessex.org/find-your-active

Great schools, colleges and education settings do more than teach, they inspire lifelong healthy habits. The 'Active Education Provider' Award celebrates schools, early years settings and further education providers that give young people a wide range of opportunities to take part in high-quality physical education, sport and physical activity.

From creating positive experiences in PE lessons to encouraging active lifestyles beyond the classroom, this award recognises those helping children and young people understand the benefits of movement for their health and wellbeing. Know an education setting making a difference? Now is the time to recognise them.

From hitting her first "big shots" with a plastic golf set to competing on international courses, Arabella's journey is a powerful reminder that being active is about so much more than exercise. It's about confidence, friendships, resilience and having fun along the way. ⛳

For the last decade, we've been working closely with Coach Core across to help young people build confidence, develop skills and take their first steps into employment through sport and physical activity.

By connecting young people with local employers, training and mentoring opportunities, the programme has supported the next generation of coaches and community leaders. To date, nearly 100 young people have started their careers through Coach Core.

A huge thank you to the employers, partners and apprentices who have been part of the journey so far. Together, we've created opportunities, strengthened communities and shown the power of sport to change lives.

As we celebrate this milestone, we look forward to helping even more young people realise their potential and build successful futures through sport from next month! 👏
