Trust me on this one…
You don’t need to know anyone to come to an MPWR HOUR social.
Here’s what went down at our Summer Social on Saturday…
👉 17 girlies
👉 Hardly anyone knew each other (some had never even seen each other at class!)
👉 5 hours of connection, silly games, laughter, whimsy and unapologetic joy!
👉 All hosted by your girl 💁♀️ so that no-one was left feeling awkward!
The best bit?
Now these gorgeous girls have got someone to say hi to at their next class 👋
Someone they can sign up to a workshop with 🪩
Maybe even people thay can actually go do life with outside of class ☕️🥂
All because they just decided to show up 🫶

Trust me, everyone’s way too busy trying to remember the choreography to even have a clue what you’re doing 😅
You NEVER need to apologise, and you don’t need an excuse. We’re just so happy to have you back 😍
If you’re wondering wtf is going on, chances are someone else in the studio is too! 🤣 Asking never slows the class down, it helps us all grow🌷
If you’ve been to classes that felt cliquey or competitive, you don’t need to worry about that here. We lift each other up, always ♥️
Joy doesn’t have an age limit. Book the class ✅
Most people who joined came solo, but they left with a whole community they look forward to seeing every week 🫶
The front row isn’t reserved for the “best” dancers. But it is the place you’ll grow quickest 🪩
Dance doesn’t have a gender. Anyone who wants to dance and will respect the space is welcome here 👋
Embarassment lasts for a moment… the regret of missing out on your new favourite hobby will last a lot longer 😉
