Had a great day out at the charity cricket match in Hornchurch Essex meeting all the old fighters my old sparring , partner Colin McMillan great fighter also Wayne Alexander it was so great to meet Francis Ampofo who I boxed three times for the world tittle another great fighter 😁🥊👌

All put the work in this morning well done lads 7 am and 8 am this morning sessions 9 an 10 11am to go 🥊😉👍
