This evening we celebrated the 1st year anniversary of our brand new Wednesday junior class 🌟

We’ve had a fantastic year welcoming new families 🤝

We’re very grateful to Rob for joining our teaching team and sharing so much knowledge. As much as Rob was new to our team then, he’s fitted in perfectly and it’s like he’s always been here! Thank you Rob 👏

Thank you also to Millie, Shirley and Lisa for your dedication. You are an amazing support team 🌟

💥🥋 School Years 7 & 8 🥋💥

Starting secondary school brings lots of changes, and this is a great age to build confidence, independence, fitness and focus.

Our Monday 6pm class is specifically for students in School Years 7 & 8, giving them the chance to train with others their own age, make new friends, set goals and develop skills that carry over into everyday life.

No previous martial arts experience is needed and beginners are very welcome.
