💚 A HUGE THANK YOU! 💚
A massive thank you to everyone who attended the gala and stopped by to play on our Friends of Freedom 2 Dance 6–7 stall! 🎲✨
The community absolutely loved it, and an amazing £220 was raised! 👏
But who are Friends of Freedom 2 Dance?
Friends of F2D are a constituted group of parent volunteers who work alongside our dance school. They operate independently, with their own bank account, and have one really important aim…
✨ To help make dance accessible to more families. ✨
The money they raise goes straight back into creating opportunities for our dancers — helping to fund things such as workshops, transport, experiences, events and more, reducing costs wherever possible and helping our children access opportunities through dance. 💚
And fundraising is only part of what they do!
Our wonderful parent volunteers also organise many of our social events, give up their own time to support activities and work behind the scenes to help us make the whole F2D experience even more special for our dancers and their families.
We simply couldn’t do everything we do without them.
