🎃 Give your old Halloween costume another chance to scare!

Too small? Too spooky? Or just seen one Halloween too many? You can now donate pre-loved costumes at any council library across Dumfries and Galloway and help them find a new home.

Then, from 10–31 October, our Scare, Share and Wear rails will be open at:

We’re getting ready for two days of spooky (but not too spooky!) Halloween fun at Buttons & Me! 🧡

Join us on Friday 30th & Saturday 31st October for a magical, sensory-rich Halloween adventure made especially for little ones.

👻 Mixed Buttons Halloween Special
6 months – 5 years
Expect spooky songs, movement, bubbles, Halloween sensory fun, a special craft to take home and some gorgeous Halloween photo opportunities. 🎃✨

🧡 Little Buttons – My First Halloween
8 weeks – 1 year
Perfect for your baby’s very first Halloween! We’ll have gentle Halloween songs, bubbles, lights, our brand-new Halloween sensory parachute, a special keepsake craft and plenty of magical moments together. 🎃

👻 Costumes are completely optional!
Bring your little pumpkin, witch, bat or ghost dressed up if you’d like – or simply come comfy and ready to play.

📅 Friday 30th at All Aboard Children's Central
& Saturday 31st October at St Ninian's Church Hall

🎃 Spaces are limited and no extra sessions can be added!

Bereaved mum Debz wants to mark her baby girl Aimie’s 4th birthday by doing something special to help bereaved parents using our Rainbow room at DGRI.

“This September, I’m doing something very close to my heart. 🩷 I want to mark Aimie's 4th Birthday with bringing her memory into kindness.

I’ll be creating Care Bags for women who have sadly experienced baby loss, filled with Tropic skincare discovery products and, most importantly, a little reminder that they are seen, thought of and not alone. 🦋

The Care Bags will be donated to SANDS Rainbow Room, to be given to women during one of the most heartbreaking times they can ever face. 🤍

There are two ways you can help:
🩷 SPONSOR A CARE BAG — £23
You pay £23 and I will create a Care Bag which will be donated to SANDS Rainbow Room.

🩷 CARE BAG + SANDS DONATION — £34
You pay £34 for a Care Bag and keep this care bag yourself, and £8.50 from each bag will be donated to SANDS.

Every bag will be put together with love and care. 🎀
