Steady Circuits tonight @ 1800
Harriet Brennan runs a ‘steady’ circuit on a Friday which is simply a more laid back version of the regular circuit classes.
We have Parents training alongside their children, a range of movements on each station & the option to make everything as hard or ‘steady’ as you like.
This session was originally especially for Beginners - people new to the gym, people who were anxious of group classes & anybody who wanted a gentle introduction into one of the highest calorie burners of all the training methods.
The main difference between Steady & Regular Circuits is:
- Go at your own pace: There’s no competition, timed reps or pressure to work harder than suits you today
- Lighter weight options: Putting options on each station means children can join in exactly the same as everybody else & if you’re not feeling a heavy session you can opt for lighter too without fuss, attention or any judgement.
- More drink breaks: Tom Brennan prides himself on making his circuits as gruelling as possible. Let’s just say the Friday crew are a little less intense 😬😂
We love the Friday circuits because it’s the most wholesome session of the week - children come & train alongside their Mums, witnessing first hand how strong, fun & active their Supermum really is. We have people who are anxious to exercise who receive that little bit of extra care - a warm welcome, a simple circuit to follow & little chance of feeling lost or unsure what to do.
You can book your space on our website (if you’d like to bring a mini-you, message me & I’ll tell you how to book their place for free)
If you’re looking for something more intense, come along to the Mon/Thursday circuits - you will not be disappointed 😬😂
Please share - the more people that can benefit from an inclusive intro to the gym, the better 🤍
